How is the socialist legal system different from the Civil Legal system and Common Legal system?
Well basically, when you are born you are under Common L/S, once your parents have signed your birth certificate it enters you under Civil L/S, under Common law, you are a freeman and the state has no rule over you. Civil Law with this you come under Sovereignty state rule, example: lets say you buy a car, under common law it is your property, under Civil law you share it with the state, ‘and as they are not using it’, you have to pay them a tax. Civil laws such as having to wear a seat belt, does not apply to you in Common law. One British guy got sick of the Civil law and checked out, and now lives under Common law.
