This minimizes vibration and drag on the work piece. Remove the left extension wing from the saw table and bolt the Quick Release Bracket to the saw table. This will require that you position the guide rails for the saw fence so that the left-hand end of the these guide rails are made flush with the left edge of the saw table. Alternatively, the mounting bracket can be attached to the edge of the saws extension wing.
