If you are an in-city resident and the average monthly use of water during the preceding months of November thru April is less than 801 cubic feet, the sewer charge is: $51.82. If the average exceeds 800 cubic feet, the sewer charge is: $59.92. The winter water use is evaluated yearly for in-city residents, with the change, if any, in the sewer rate appearing on the utility bill for May usage.
