How is the safety and home price level of new China town?
It is street by street. You can check out the crime statistics at the Police Dept web site – Google it I lived in New Chinatown for some years, and found the diversity wonderful, and my block was quiet and we had nothing but the occasional car break in – the difficulty now would be on a street or block with lots of foreclosures and vacant houses. Drive by the street you are considering on a Friday evening or Saturday evening, you can get a hint of the street life – some street life is wonderful – kids, and families, etc. Other street life is less comforting.
