How is the return process progressing in northern Uganda?
For us our message has been clear: with or without government assistance, our people are returning to their homes and the process is on-going. It’s only the old people who cannot move from the camps and the children, who go to the nearby schools because in their original homes such facilities were destroyed during the insurgency, [still remaining].
