The exact definition of “Formula Rent” is set out in the Management Sub-sublease under which you lease the Villa back to Vomo Fiji to let it out to paying guests. Revenues and expenses from letting the villas to paying guests are pooled. You will receive a proportionate (1/29th) share of rental income derived from all the Villas in the pool, less costs.
