How is the Red Ribbon Ride related to the past AIDSRides?

When the AIDSRide shut down their doors (2002) the Red Ribbon Ride opened theirs. We were inspired by the AIDSRide and felt we needed to keep things going in Minnesota. The Red Ribbon Ride is produced by a nonprofit organization: Minnesota Fighting AIDS on Bikes (MN-FAB) which raises money for seven Minnesota AIDS service organizations.
