How is the reception of Thai food in Poland, based on what you’ve seen so far?
PTA: I meet a lot of Polish people who have been to Thailand, have eaten Thai food, and they come back to Poland and eat at a Thai restaurant and they know exactly what they want. Even those who have eaten Thai food in Germany or in other parts of Europe, they come back, and they know what’s good. SM: My impression is that Polish people originally didn’t like spicy foods, but now it’s gradually changing.
