How is the racial climate in southern California now compared to the time of the L.A. riots?
The racial climate has gotten worse recently, but Has not ended back to the tensions of the watts riots nor the Rodney King riots. Now the Hispanics is the Majority , they are imposing their racist agenda. Our mayor is firing non-Hispanics and replacing inspectors with mainly Hispanics in city government. Particular as inspectors. He is using these inspectors to drive out certain home owners, so developers can buy out these land and build condos. I am not calling the majority of Hispanics racist, but a minority can inflict a lot of damage. Caucasians has been hurt by civil rights activities in the 60’s and they have built checks and balance to reduce racism in their own communities. These checks and balance are not in place in the Hispanic communities. When there was no clear majority, the politicians needed to take in account of all races, but now Hispanics over rule most decisions.
