How is the questionnaire best administered?
We designed the DHQ to be self-administered. There is no reason, however, why an interviewer could not administer it. If possible, we recommend that a staff person review the instrument to check for missing pages or other missing data. At some point in the future, we hope to have both HTML and computer assisted personal interview versions of the instrument.
