How is the Quality Learning Academy aligned to the goals of the District?
It has been designed to encompass the initiatives that have been designated as high priority in District 11 by being in alignment with the Achieve Compass. Quality Learning Academy classes fall under four main headings of the Achieve compass: Alignment, Attitudes and Beliefs, Data Driven Culture and Quality Staff which are in turn aligned to our Continuous Quality Improvement model categories. The focus of Quality Learning Academy also encompasses the 3 top priority areas determined by the design committee, Differentiated Instruction, Formalized Mentoring, and RtI It is also closely aligned to the District 11 RtI Pyramid of Interventions.
