The Network is made up of lawyers; public health practitioners; local, tribal, state and federal officials; policy-makers; public health advocates; organizations; and others. At this time, the Network has a National Coordinating Center and five regions. Each state, tribe and territory is assigned to a region, which is led by a Regional Office in that area. The regions are divided as follows: • Eastern Region – Office located at The University of Maryland School of Law, which is working with John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. This Region includes: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and West Virginia. • Mid-States Region – Office located at University of Michigan School of Public Health. This Region includes: Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio and Pennsylvania. • Northern Region (National Coordinating Center) – Office located at the Public
