Through Wi-Fi. At this time, you can only connect at home (The PSP and PS3 has to be within Wi-Fi range of each other). From PS3 firmware 1.60 you can access your PS3 with your PSP from any Wi-Fi spot in the world, as long as your PS3 is turned on at home (no Wake up on LAN ability).
