How is the privatization process regulated?
According to the current regulations, the transparency and regularity of the process of sale of the capital i.e. assets of the company in the course of privatization are guaranteed by informing interested public at home and abroad, by ensuring transparency of the privatization process and excluding the possibility of a direct bargain between the seller and the purchaser, because direct bargains are often a source of corruption.
