How is the printing cost determined on tin cases?
• There are two important factors. The first one is quantity, the more you print the lower the cost you have. For any printing less than 500 sheets (equal to 5000 pieces of DVD sized tin cases), there is a minimum printing charge. The second factor is how many colors will be printed. Offset printing (four color process) can print out all designs. Most colors can be created by CMYK, if a special spot color is needed, there will be an additional cost per spot color. Ink coverage and finishes have some but little effect on the overall cost.
