The FHWA PMS is subject to review and evaluation by the Planning and Systems Development Group, HAHR. Periodic functional reviews of performance management will be conducted as needed. Reviews of operational practices may be conducted periodically by the servicing human resources offices. Results and findings related to performance management from employee surveys, listening sessions, and other communication channels may also be used in evaluating the PMS.
