A Continuity data () markup in ICE does not identify who requested the reexamination. 50 Q I am having difficulty interpreting the information in the tag [ in ICE]. On the Patent Office site, one patent (PP14502) has the legal representative listed as one of the inventors, but another patent (PP14505) does NOT. The XML file shows essentially the same information for the two patents. Can you please clarify this point for me — Is the legal representative supposed to be included in the list of inventors or not?
