How is the PennyWise project management team structured?
At the outset of a project, PennyWise with the help of the client, identifies a person or a group of persons who would represent the client during the full lifecycle of the project.This team is referred to as the Client Team (CT) which will primarily, be primarily responsible for defining the system requirements in terms of hardware, software, ISP etc and will be directly interacting with PennyWise (PMT) PMT would send a project status report on a weekly basis to the CT for its review who will be responsible for approval of the work done, periodically. Clarifications, whatsoever, would be duly communicated to CT and in turn, PMT will ensure a service level reply within 12 hours to CT on queries raised by the later on the project.
