Each daily file transfer will include any changes to the organization. Voyager FleetCommander does not allow changes to the organizational structure. Changes to the organizational hierarchy must be entered directly into the Voyager mainframe. Daily transaction files also include changes to vehicles, drivers, and cards as required to support the data on the transactions.
