How is the order in which the buildings are sided determined?
Prior to beginning the project, Pete Garrett of Maine Properties, and the contractor, Steve Shugars, did a walk through of the Association and prioritized the buildings in order of need. The units where the Masonite is in the poorest shape (i.e. rotting, etc.) will be completed first. As the project progresses, Pete and Steve, with input from the Board, will reevaluate the list and make any necessary changes.
