Schools identified as “persistently lowest achieving,” or schools in PI are identified based on criteria provided by the federal government. Information and links related to the distinctions can be found on the California Department of Education (CDE) Persistently Lowest-Achieving Schools Web page. Open Enrollment schools are identified based on provisions in EC Section 48352.
