How is the numbering of tables, quotations, notes organized in the case of inclusions?
An inclusion which contains a complete document instance restarts the numbering of the elements with 1. In all other cases the inclusions contain fragments which might replace the calling elements thus completing the superior instance. Therefore the numbering has to be continued. Otherwise the document becomes invalid.
