How is the Notes user interface changed?
Minimally. The email integration module is accessed via two methods while in Lotus Notes. During installation, you are prompted if you want to add items to the users “actions” menu and / or if you want to add buttons to the user’s mail template. The choice is up to you. Depending on your firms needs and your mail template change policy, you may choose to omit the buttons and work strictly with the agents. In either case, the changes are minimal and easy to view, modify or remove.
