• What happened with the past system was more in the nature of e-delivery. The electronic version of the document was sent to the Court. Court staff then had to manually enter information about the document into CCMS and upload the document in the Court’s document management system. With the real eFiling gateway provided by One Legal, even the data entry step is avoided.
