How is the “naked” Bakeware NEW and IMPROVED?
Our bakeware line has been improved through a few subtle changes to the material components and the manufacturing processes. The result is a smoother, more consistent body finish that also shows a much more stable color. The benefits go beyond these cosmetic changes however because the material is perfectly safe for use in your dishwasher or submersing in soapy water. This clay material is also microwave safe. By nature of the heat distribution, the pieces still perform best in conventional ovens. This surface is made to handle traditional spatulas and other kitchen utensils. The new items come packaged in a box denoting these attributes. Because of the modifications, it is no longer necessary to use the scraper that we used to send with the earlier versions, so these will not be included in future shipments.
