How is the mixing and grout injection controlled?
The component filler, resin and hardener is delivered in pre-measured standard ratio packs for each temperature range. The total volume required for measured annulus, filler tubes and injection pump is calculated to enable a continuous fill. The time for mixing, filling and curing is strictly adhered to. All critical details of grout batch, quality, ambient temperature and duration are recorded as part of completion certification.
