How Is The Mentorship Program Structured?
The AHDI Mentorship Program has an initial expected dedication of 60 days. Although applications are taken at any time, mentorship pairings are issued to participants on the first day of each month depending on demand. During that 60-day period you will receive periodic emails from AHDI offering topics of conversation such as networking opportunities, resume building, testing procedures, and credentialing as well as providing the opportunity for you to voice questions or concerns to AHDI staff. Mentors and Mentees are free to communicate as often as desired, although AHDI does recommend at least once per week for the benefit of both participants.
