How is the Mediator Certification Course different from MTIs Certification Conferences in Workplace Mediation?
The two certifications are for distinctly different purposes. Mediator Certification prepares you to work as a professional mediator. Certification in Managing Workplace Conflict prepares you to train groups, coach individuals, or consult with organizations in the use of managerial mediation and self mediation. • If I want both certifications, which should I attend first?
