In many divorce cases, the issue really is not the distribution of marital assets. Instead it is the distribution of credit card debt, car-repo debt, tax debt, and paying off mortgage arrears. What a rip off! Jersey is the only state besides New York to charge to get onto the beach. Let’s face it, many aspects of living in New Jersey suck.
