How is the Maa-nulth Final Agreement different from the Tsawwassen Final Agreement?
There are significant differences between the Maa-nulth Final Agreement and the Tsawwassen Final Agreement.The first important difference is that the Maa-nulth Final Agreement is a multi-First Nation Final Agreement. As a multi-First Nation Final Agreement, the Maa-nulth Final Agreement sets out some elements that are specific to each First Nation, such as each First Nation having its own constitution, its own government, and its own land base. Some elements of the Maa-nulth Final Agreement will be aggregated, such as harvesting rights and harvesting areas.
