Lung age is equal to the predicted FEV1 that matches the patient’s actual FEV1. Lung age is calculated for patients between 20-84 years old. If anyone falls out side this age range then the Lung Age will not be calculated. Also if anyone’s calculated Lung Age falls out side of 20-84yrs old then a Lung Age will not be displayed by the software. Note – lung age may differ based on the predicted equation chosen.
