How is the listing process handled?
The entire listing process may be completed using email, fax or the postal system. All the required forms that need to be signed are available on our website and may be submitted via email, which is our process to initiate the listing. The State of Wisconsin requires brokers to make a visual inspection of the property at the time of listing. A Direct Choice Realty, LLC.* representative will come to your home to explain the listing process, explain your duties and responsibilities as a seller and review the services that our company and third parties may provide, and will make the required property inspection, at which time our company will sign the acceptance of the listing. Your property and pertinent information will be available on the MLS within 24 hours after we have received all the information from you. We will forward a copy of the MLS listing information when it goes on line for you to verify.
