How is the Lean Self Assessment used?
The Lean Self Assessment is one of the mandatory elements needed to evaluate an Aerospace and Defense Initiative (ADI) proposal. CMSCI uses the assessment to determine if the project scope is appropriate for the company’s level of lean maturity and as part of the demographic for how the grant funds are being allocated .
