How is the interview day organized?
We ask all candidates for internship/residency to attend our weekly didactic conference beginning at 7:00am. At 11:00am, all candidates attend a lunch and an informal discussion with the interview committee. At 12:00pm, the committee will split up into groups and begin meeting with individual candidates. Candidates will interview with each group and will also meet with members of the Department of Medical Education staff. Once all interviews are completed, the chief resident will conduct a tour of Doctors Hospital. The day is usually completed by 5:00pm.
