How is the Internship Programme different from normal field visits?

Normal field visits are short term in nature and do not actively involve the students. The Internship Program however is spread over a period of 22 weeks and actively involves the student in the regular work of the recruiting organisation. We believe that this 22-week time frame is essential to make the industry experience more complete and comprehensive.
