Our RICs are manufactured with a Teflon coated inner and outer jacket and an interior bulk fiberglass insulation mat. The insulation core is fabricated in one piece whenever possible (1″ thick on 3″ pipe, 1.5″ thick on 4″-6″ pipe & 2″ thick for 8″ pipe and above).
