How is the inspector to be used selected by Microsoft Outlook?
When users want to open an item, Kayxo Insight intercepts the Microsoft Outlook open item event and provides item data for Microsoft Outlook to search for the correct inspector. Microsoft Outlook locates the inspector (the best match for the MessageClass of the item) and uses it to open the item.
