Currently, there is no device similar to the i2i described within the existing Code Set. In addition, there is no requirement by either the SADMERC or CMS that mandates codes for Head Positioning devices. As a result of this, we are stating that during the interim the code for coverage of the i2i is the miscellaneous code K0108.
