How is the heating controlled?
It is difficult to achieve a level of heating acceptable to everyone. At Wolfson Court, the heating is set by the maintenance team but can be altered if the tenants petition collectively. In the houses, you are charged for whatever heat you use so it is important that you get a balance between comfort and economy. Please do not tamper with the heating controls; maintenance will set the heating according to your requirements. You will be charged for repairs to appliances resulting from tampering.
