How is the Hawkeye unit used for Tracking?
The Hawkeye unit has a combination of GPS and GSM technologies. The GPS section receives the Positional data from the GPS satellites and hands it to the GSM section. The GSM section creates a GPRS packet or SMS message of the positional information and transmits this information to our Hawkeye Messaging server. The information is then posted to our MAP server available on the internet. The client has to log on to our MAP server enter the user name password and track his vehicle.
