How is the growth curve now with software as a service?

Customers are looking for a “simpler is better” approach. Something that is easy to use, easy to deploy and easy to consume, with limited or no training. They want someone else to manage the process for them, and are very open to trying out software and getting immediate value. That why Software-as-a-Service has been successful, especially in mid-sized companies, but also companies of all sizes.
