How is the Giver related to the island?
they are both setted on an utopia community. Although in The Giver you have Jonas that is told about the past and how it basically started, when in the Island (Lincoln 6 Echo) which is the main character finds out and escapes while trying to save everyone from the disaster. Jonas at the end just runs away with Gabe, so there are some similarities but also differences.
