How is the FRS represented in the Firelink project?
Support is essential from the FRS to progress the rollout smoothly and realise the benefits of the new system. Each FRS has identified staff to assist the roll-out. The project is being coordinated by a multi-disciplined team including seconded officers from the fire and rescue services. In addition to the project team, senior officers from England, Scotland and Wales form the Principal User Group (PUG), which has a direct input into the project.
