How is the flex program different than PDA Days in the past?

1. It is no longer possible to “make-up” hours missed on the Institutional (mandatory attendance) PDA Day. 2. Flexible activities are no longer restricted to weekends and semester breaks. One day each semester is designated as an Institutional Day and those are considered mandatory hours.
