February is generally not the worst time to travel by sea, but then again not the best. The ferries they use on the North Sea, are generally the most streamlined they have, since the North Sea can be rough. The more streamlined a ferry/ship is, the better/more stabil it is in the water, and the less you will feel if it is windy outside. The ferry you are going on, is very streamlined. :-). If you are checking the weatherforecasts, try to see what the windspeed is. On the ferry you are going with, you wont feel anything, unless it is more than 25 meter per secon, and straight against you. Most times from Esbjerg, the wind comes inn from behind the ship, which is the best.
