How is the Extra Life activated?
• A. When your cartridge registers ’empty’ in the status monitor: 1. Cancel print job 2. Switch off printer 3. Wait 10 seconds and switch printer on again. 4. When asked if you want to continue using the installed ink cartridges, please click ‘yes’. Your print monitor will now register the extralife and you can continue printing! • Q. During the course of printing the ink level will approach about 20%, at this point the ink level in the status monitor will freeze, even though ink is being used in printing.
