How is the end customer covered by the process – i.e. the Armed Services?
ASEG have focused on the development of Acquisition safety and Environmental business procedures and recognise the need to improve links to end users. ASEG will be working with other MOD units to improve communications and introduce formal consultation of the Acquisition community with the user. In the interim, the application of the POEMS and POSMS makes clear that stakeholder identification and engagement is critical and should take place throughout Acquisition.
