How is the EMBA program different than the other MBA programs offered by UCLA?
The EMBA program is a full degree program. It is geared towards mid-mangers who are high potential leaders, with a minimum of 8 years of work experience and 5 years of management experience, that include management of staff, projects, budgets, teams, data, etc. Graduates of the program receive the same MBA degree as the students in the traditional MBA program.
