How is the doctors certificate required by some airlines to fly while pregnant?
The doctor certificate must be written on official letterhead. There is no one single way to fill it out, but there are a few things that it must contain (you’re doctor should already know this). The letter must state: -patients name -patients current status (what week of pregnancy) -patients expected due date -health of the patient -that the doctor does not expect the patient to have any problems or go into labor during the time frame of air travel The note must then be dated and signed by the doctor.
