How is the discipline process affected by the new Code of Conduct in the regulations?
A. The process is unchanged. However, in framing charges under s.56, you will need to use the conduct regulations that applied at the time the conduct occurred. If the incident occurred before 15 March, the previous regulations will be used for the charges. If the incident occurred after 15 March, you must use the new code of conduct as a basis for framing a charge.
